Webmate offers website design, development, hosting, and related services to clients as outlined in the selected plan. Each plan consists of a once-off project fee for the design and build of the website, plus a monthly hosting & maintenance fee.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete content, including text, images, and any specific requirements, within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
3. Payment
Clients agree to the once-off project fee and monthly hosting & maintenance fee outlined in their selected plan.
To initiate their project, clients will be required to pay the once-off project fee securely through a PayFast link provided by Webmate.
Following launch, the monthly hosting & maintenance fee will be billed automatically each month.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4. Website, Domain, and Hosting
Clients understand that the website, domain, and hosting services provided by Webmate are covered by the monthly hosting & maintenance plan and remain active as long as that plan is active. Should the plan end, hosting services will be deactivated. Clients may transfer the domain if they wish.
5. Cancelation and Refunds
Clients may cancel the monthly hosting & maintenance plan with a 30-day notice period. After the notice period, hosting services will be deactivated.
The once-off project fee is non-refundable once website construction has begun.
6. Confidentiality
Webmate and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.
7. Legal Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the execution of the services.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue.
If resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be pursued through legal channels.
9. Modifications to Terms
Webmate reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
By engaging in services with Webmate, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
